You’re so right! Great posting. I’ve purchased both of Lindsay O’Neil’s CDs and they are spectacular… children (girls AND boys) love the music and it’s easy for adults to listen too. The empowerment and self esteem messages are beautiful… I encourage all parents to buy the CDs for their own children and for gifting…

Just found your site. Great! I’ve been rescuing myself now for over 30 yrs – working my but off, so why is it so big?? LOL Too much sitting at the ‘puter!

The cookbook is well worth it! I do hardly any cooking myself, but have been thrilled with these recipes in Deborah’s book. I have to admit, I haven’t tried the Roasted Kale yet…just not into kale…but Deborah says even high school students love it, so I should at least be as cool as they are, right?
